Army Emergency Relief (AER) recognized the top-performing installations and divisions from its recent fundraising campaign during the 2026 AUSA Non-Commissioned Officer Awards Breakfast in Washington, D.C. The awards honor units with the highest percentage of Soldier contributions and total dollars donated.

In the installation categories, Fort Sill, Oklahoma, was named the top large installation, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, was the top medium installation, and U.S. Army Garrison Benelux, Belgium, was recognized as the top small installation.
The top divisions were a tie between the 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, and the 11th Airborne Division. The AER annual campaign is conducted across 70 worldwide locations between March 1 and June 14.
