Arnavutköy woman arrested for damaging public bus stop

A woman identified as Buse Nur Y. was detained in the Arnavutköy district of Istanbul after damaging public property. Following an argument with her mother in the Mustafa Kemal Paşa neighborhood, the suspect reportedly used a paving stone to smash the glass of an İETT bus stop.

Local police units from the Arnavutköy District Police Department identified and apprehended the suspect. Authorities noted that the individual has a significant criminal record. Buse Nur Y. was taken to the Yavuz Selim Police Station and is expected to be referred to the courthouse on charges of “damaging public property.”
