Arnold Garita apologizes to FCSB fans amid goal drought

FCSB striker Arnold Garita has issued a public apology to supporters following a 5-0 defeat against Universitatea Craiova. The 31-year-old Cameroonian forward, who is currently on loan from China's Shenzhen Juniors, has failed to score in his first six appearances for the club.

Garita expressed via social media that the team did not meet the standards of the club and pledged to work harder following the international break. His future at FCSB remains uncertain, as club owner Gigi Becali is expected to decide in December whether to extend his stay. Under the current loan agreement, FCSB pays approximately 22,000 euros per month until the end of December.

Garita's agent, Florin Vulturar, noted that the player is experiencing significant stress due to his goal drought. However, Vulturar suggested that discussions regarding a potential contract extension could occur in the winter if the player's performance improves.
