Aroma Bursa Meyve Suları faces critical bankruptcy or restructuring hearing

Aroma Bursa Meyve Suları ve Gıda Sanayii A. Ş., a prominent Turkish fruit juice producer operating since 1968, is facing a critical financial crisis. The company is currently undergoing a concordat process to manage significant debt and attempt a financial restructuring.

The Bursa 1st Civil Court of First Instance has announced a key hearing scheduled for September 9, 2026. This session will be decisive in determining whether the company will present a successful financial recovery project to restructure its debts or if it will proceed to bankruptcy and liquidation.

The legal proceedings involve the company as well as several family members, including Ege Duruk, Mahmut Atom Duruk, Mehmet Çetin Duruk, Onur Duruk, Ömer Duruk, Perihan Duruk, Şirin Duruk, and Uğur Duruk. The court has issued a formal call to all creditors, both individuals and institutions, to participate in the proceedings to ensure their rights are protected during this stage of the debt restructuring process.
