Arona city council discusses local services and infrastructure

The Arona city council recently held a session where several local issues were addressed. Discussions included concrete questions regarding sports, childcare services, and general programming, though some matters remain unresolved.

Proposed infrastructure works include the renovation of the under-services area of Corso Cavour, which is scheduled to begin in January 2027. Additionally, Poste Italiane has announced that work on the Progetto Polis at the local post office is set to commence on October 6.

Regarding local enforcement, data shows that nearly 9,000 fines were issued within the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) between January and the end of September.
