Aroundtown leases HanseDom hotel to Sunday Hotels

Aroundtown has signed a lease agreement with Sunday Hotels for the HanseDom hotel in Stralsund, Germany. The agreement includes plans for a comprehensive renovation and modernization of the site, with completion expected by early 2028.

This move follows a separate announcement on September 30, in which Aroundtown leased eight additional German hotel properties to Sunday Hotels, which will continue to operate under the Seminaris brand.

Despite these operational developments, Warburg Research recently lowered its price target for Aroundtown from 3.80 euros to 3.30 euros. The analyst cited ongoing headwinds in the real estate market and significant refinancing risks as primary concerns for investors.
