ARP seeks investor for new facility in Mielec Special Economic Zone

The Industrial Development Agency (ARP) is seeking an investor for a new production and warehouse facility within the Euro-Park Mielec Special Economic Zone in Poland. The project will be executed using a build-to-suit (BTS) model, meaning the facility's technical solutions and parameters will be customized to meet the specific requirements of the future tenant.

Located near the Mielec airport, the development will include necessary infrastructure such as internal roads, maneuvering areas, and parking lots. The ARP has prepared two preliminary design variants for the facility. Construction is expected to take approximately two years once an investor is secured and contracts are signed. The project is primarily targeted at companies in the logistics, aviation, automotive, and metalworking sectors.
