Arrecife to host 15 luxury boutique cruise stops through November

Arrecife, the capital of Lanzarote, is seeing an increase in high-end tourism as it prepares to host 15 boutique cruise ship calls by the end of November. Unlike large-scale cruise liners, these smaller vessels cater to high-net-worth travelers.

One such vessel, the French-flagged Le Laperouse, recently docked in Arrecife carrying approximately 180 passengers, primarily from the United States and France. The ship offers premium amenities, including suites with private balconies and a specialized Blue Eye Lounge that utilizes hydrophones to allow passengers to listen to underwater sounds.

According to the Las Palmas Port Authority, other scheduled arrivals through November include the Four Seasons I, Regatta, Sea Cloud II, Insignia, Star Flyer, and Sea Cloud Spirit.
