Arredo3 launches ‘Cucina a colori’ cookbook for children

Arredo3 has launched ‘Cucina a colori’, a cookbook designed for children and adolescents that focuses on food as an educational and social experience. Authored by Simona Stoppa and scientifically supervised by dietitian Ileana Gervasi, the book uses a color-coded system to encourage the discovery of fruits and vegetables, promoting the Mediterranean diet through practical experience rather than formal instruction.

The project aims to foster autonomy and healthy eating habits by involving young people in the preparation process. All proceeds from the sale of the physical book will be donated to the Fondazione Città della Speranza, an organization dedicated to research on pediatric diseases.
