Arroio do Meio seeks housing and infrastructure advancements

Officials from Arroio do Meio met with the Rio Grande do Sul State Government to discuss critical advancements in housing and road infrastructure.

In housing, the municipality is monitoring the progress of 70 state-planned homes in the Medianeira neighborhood. Efforts are underway to ensure the necessary infrastructure is completed to facilitate the project's continuity.

Regarding infrastructure, the city is seeking a reallocation of funds and a supplement of R$ 774,000 for paving work near the new Ponte do Exército, which connects Arroio do Meio and Lajeado. The updated plan includes the installation of drainage galleries and other improvements to mitigate future damage to the access road.
