Arrow Group seeks to acquire Castro Marim Golfe & Country Club assets

The Portuguese Competition Authority (AdC) has been notified of a proposed acquisition by Flecha 25 S. à. r. l. (Arrow) to take exclusive control of the assets used to operate the Castro Marim Golfe & Country Club.

The target assets are currently held by Algarvelux, Construções e Empreendimentos, S.A. and Algarvelux Villages - Exploração Turística, S.A. The acquisition includes the management of the golf courses, the clubhouse, the restaurant and bar, and the tourism village which consists of 55 accommodation units.

Arrow is active in Portugal across various sectors, including real estate investment, debt management, and the commercial operation of marinas and ports. In the Algarve region, the group is notably involved in the operation of golf courses and tourist accommodation developments.
