Arrowstreet Capital Reduces Worthington Stake as Weatherford Director Sells Shares

Arrowstreet Capital Limited Partnership trimmed its holding in Worthington Enterprises, Inc. by 6.4% in the first quarter, selling 33,121 shares and ending the period with 480,515 shares, representing 0.98% of the industrial products company's stock and valued at about $25 million.

Weatherford International PLC director Benjamin Duster sold 6,000 shares of the oil‑field services firm at an average price of $86.09, generating proceeds of roughly $516,540 and cutting his direct ownership by 34.9% to 11,187 shares valued at about $963,000.
