Arroyo Clé Water Consortium established in Gualeguay

The Arroyo Clé Water Consortium has been formally established in Gualeguay, Argentina. This initiative, led by officials from the Ministry of Economic Development, aims to improve water drainage, support local production, and enhance the transitability of rural roads within the basin.

Raúl Boc-Hó, Secretary of Agriculture, Livestock, and Fisheries, noted that the formation of this organization provides a new framework for dialogue and collaborative work, addressing long-standing disputes between local residents and producers. Osvaldo Fernández, Director of Legal and Environmental Management of Water, described the consortium as a participatory tool for provincial water policy and the protection of natural resources in this productive region.
