Arsakeio Arcade expands operations to include Sundays in Athens

The historic Arsakeio Arcade in central Athens has extended its operating hours to include Sundays, offering shopping, dining, and entertainment throughout the week. The facility features varied schedules: breakfast and coffee venues open at 07:30, retail stores operate from 09:00 to 20:00, and dining establishments run from 12:30 to 23:30.

This expansion is part of a new utilization model for the historic complex following a pilot period. The project represents a 20 million euro investment by Legendary Food, involving a 35-year lease for 13,000 square meters. The development follows seven years of licensing and construction work.

During the first two months of the pilot phase, the arcade recorded approximately 270,000 visitors. The project has contributed to the creation of 400 direct and indirect jobs and involves 17 partners across various economic sectors.
