Arsenal and Aston Villa eye RB Leipzig winger Antonio Nusa

Arsenal and Aston Villa are reportedly leading the race to sign RB Leipzig winger Antonio Nusa during the January transfer window. The 21-year-old Norwegian international is highly regarded, with Leipzig manager Martin Demichelis describing him as “one of the best wingers in Europe right now.”

Nusa is valued at approximately £60 million (roughly Rp1.32 trillion). RB Leipzig holds a strong negotiating position as the player is under contract until 2029. A potential sale in January may depend on Leipzig’s progress in the Champions League, as the club is unlikely to sell while still competing in the tournament.

Arsenal is seeking to bolster its attacking depth, specifically on the left wing, following previous squad changes. While Newcastle United has also expressed interest, Arsenal and Aston Villa are considered to have an advantage due to their participation in the Champions League.
