Arsenal and Manchester United track €60m Roma defender Wesley

Arsenal, Manchester United, and Newcastle United are reportedly monitoring AS Roma defender Wesley Franca. The 23-year-old Brazilian international has seen a significant rise in reputation since joining the Serie A club.

Wesley has demonstrated versatility by playing effectively as both a right wing-back and a left-sided defender. This ability to operate on both flanks has made him an attractive prospect for Premier League clubs seeking tactical flexibility.

Roma’s valuation of the player has increased to approximately €60 million, doubling the amount paid for him in 2025. While interest from top-tier English clubs is growing, Roma is reportedly in a strong position and under no immediate pressure to sell.
