Arsenal contact Eintracht Frankfurt forward Can Uzun

Arsenal have reportedly made initial contact with the representatives of Eintracht Frankfurt attacker Can Uzun. The 20-year-old Turkey international, who can play as a striker, a number 10, or on the left wing, is currently under contract with the Bundesliga club until June 30, 2029.

Reports indicate that Arsenal approached 11WINS, the agency representing Uzun, to request information regarding the player. While there is no confirmed bid or agreement with the player at this stage, the move follows Uzun’s strong start to the season, where he has recorded four goals and three assists in six games.

A significant hurdle for any potential transfer is the valuation set by Eintracht Frankfurt. The club has reportedly requested a fee of approximately €60 million, a figure they maintained during previous interest from Galatasaray. The agency representing Uzun also represents Nicolo Tresoldi, another player linked to the North London club.
