Arsenal enters talks for Club Tijuana playmaker Gilberto Mora

Arsenal has reportedly opened discussions with Club Tijuana regarding the transfer of Mexican playmaker Gilberto Mora. The English club is exploring a move that could involve a release clause estimated between £21.2 million and €25 million.

Mora, who gained international attention during the 2026 World Cup, is set to turn 18 on October 14, at which point FIFA regulations will allow him to sign with a European club. While Arsenal has made significant progress in talks, they face competition from several major European sides, including Liverpool, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Borussia Dortmund, and Benfica.
