Arsenal face Everton amid Bukayo Saka injury concerns

Arsenal prepares to host Everton at the Emirates Stadium for a Premier League fixture on October 24, 2026. The Gunners, currently in second place with 18 points, face significant squad challenges following their midweek Champions League draw against Bayern Munich.

Bukayo Saka is a major doubt after sustaining a quadriceps injury early in the match against Bayern. Manager Mikel Arteta indicated that Saka requires further MRI scans and specialist opinions to determine the severity of the injury, noting that the player has experienced difficulty with movement and walking.

Other notable absences for Arsenal include William Saliba and Christos Tzolis. However, defender Piero Hincapié has returned to full training and is expected to be available for selection.

Everton, managed by David Moyes, enters the match in eighth place. While the squad is largely fit, Moyes has remained tight-lipped regarding specific player availability. Everton has struggled in recent away matches, seeking to improve upon their recent form following a loss to Chelsea.
