Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta open to loaning Max Dowman

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has indicated that the club is open to the possibility of loaning out 16-year-old talent Max Dowman to aid his development. The decision will be evaluated every six months based on several factors, including the player's needs, squad depth, and the quality of his playing minutes.

Dowman, who recently scored two goals in a Carabao Cup match against Ipswich Town, is considered a significant prospect. Due to current regulations, he will not be eligible for a loan until he turns 17 on December 31, coinciding with the opening of the winter transfer window.

Various clubs have shown interest in the midfielder. Luton Town, led by former Arsenal player Jack Wilshere, has reportedly made inquiries. Additionally, pundit Ally McCoist has suggested that Rangers would be an ideal destination for the youngster to gain experience.
