Arsenal striker Viktor Gyökeres faces criticism and transfer tension

Former Arsenal defender Armand Traore has criticized striker Viktor Gyökeres, claiming the Swedish international lacks the ‘killer instinct’ and ‘aura’ possessed by legendary players like Didier Drogba or Thierry Henry.

Traore suggested that Gyökeres lacks the necessary speed and presence to be a significant threat, stating he would not be worried about defending against him. This criticism comes as Gyökeres has faced scrutiny regarding his impact at the Emirates Stadium despite a productive previous season.

In related transfer news, Gyökeres’ agent has reportedly requested an urgent meeting with Arsenal management due to the player’s limited playing time, expressing dissatisfaction with his current role as a substitute.
