Arsenal to face Fleetwood Town in EFL Cup fourth round

Arsenal will travel to Highbury Stadium to face League Two side Fleetwood Town in the fourth round of the 2026-27 EFL Cup. The match follows Arsenal's 4-2 victory over Ipswich Town in the previous round, a game highlighted by a double from Max Dowman.

Fleetwood Town enters the fixture under pressure following two consecutive losses, though they have maintained a strong defensive record in this competition, having not conceded a goal in their matches against Chesterfield, Shrewsbury Town, and Sheffield United. Arsenal, currently competing at the top of the Premier League, may rotate their squad for the away fixture.

Key players to watch include Fleetwood's 37-year-old forward Ched Evans, who has scored three goals in three EFL Cup appearances this season, and Arsenal's Max Dowman.
