Art Basel Miami Beach announces 2026 edition details
Art Basel Miami Beach has announced its 2026 edition, scheduled for December 4–6 at the Miami Beach Convention Center, with VIP days on December 2 and 3. The fair will feature 272 exhibitors from more than 40 countries and territories, with significant representation from Latin America, the United States, and Europe.
The 2026 event will implement a new floor plan, reducing the exhibition surface by approximately 12% to improve circulation and facilitate the discovery of new works. The selection will be organized into Galleries, Nova, Positions, and Survey sectors, including over 30 debuting galleries. Latin American presence will be prominent, with galleries from Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Uruguay, Peru, Chile, Guatemala, Cuba, and the Bahamas participating.
Digital art will be highlighted through the Zero 10 initiative, specifically the Generation project featuring artists such as Refik Anadol and Jon Rafman. Additionally, public art projects will take place across Miami and South Florida, including an outdoor presentation by James Turrell. The event will conclude with the Art Basel Awards on December 3.
