Art exhibitions announced in Croatia and Serbia

Several art exhibitions are scheduled in the Balkan region. In Croatia, academic painter Duško Šibl is presenting an exhibition at the Galerija Koprivnica. The collection includes forty large-format works, featuring new productions from the last two years alongside pieces created during his twenty-five years in London. His work spans various techniques, including landscapes, portraits, and abstract styles.

In Serbia, an exhibition marking the 25th anniversary of the ‘Dimitrije Bašičević Mangelos’ Award will be held from September 4 to September 30, 2026. Hosted at the Faculty of Fine Arts Gallery and the Academy club in Knez Mihajlova, the event features one work from each award winner. The exhibition aims to highlight the award's legacy and its contribution to the contemporary Serbian art scene.
