Art Exhibitions Launch in Rovinj, Croatia and Cetinje, Montenegro

The Multimedia Centre in Rovinj, Croatia hosted an opening exhibition featuring the works of Milan Marin and Saša Jantolek. Organized by the Public Open School of the City of Rovinj, Marin presented his "Don’t be afraid" series of expressive portraits that explore fear, identity and humanity, while Jantolek displayed the "Ozbiljna igra" cycle that examines the interplay of play and seriousness. The exhibition runs until 4 August.

In Cetinje, Montenegro, the Gallery of the Cultural Center of Prijestonica opened a solo show titled "Krug" by academic painter Ele Božović. The opening, led by art historian Ljiljana Zeković, highlighted Božović’s new cycle within the larger "Krugovi – Igračka vjetrova" series, inspired by poet Tin Ujević. The works feature circles and other archetypal forms that transform reality through layered compositions, emphasizing themes of continuity, imagination and the cosmic. The exhibition was accompanied by a performance of "Refleksije u vodi" by Aleksandar Božović.
