Art exhibitions open in Ribeirão Preto and Rio de Janeiro

Two distinct art exhibitions are currently being held in Brazil. In Ribeirão Preto, the ‘Dezenhos’ exhibition by artist Ruy Marques Ferreira is hosted at Galeria ADDA within Shopping Santa Úrsula. The showcase features 15 works created with acrylic pens on paper, exploring themes of improvisation, intuition, and the boundary between figurative and abstract art. The exhibition is open daily from 9:00 to 21:00 until November 3.

In Rio de Janeiro, Daniel Feingold is presenting ‘Espaços Intermediários’ at Galeria Martha Pagy in Flamengo. The exhibition investigates the intersections of painting, photography, and geometry through a collection of approximately 20 photographs, two paintings on paper, 28 small canvases, and an installation. The works include the ‘Homenagem ao Retângulo’ series, featuring photographs taken in Paris. The exhibition is available for scheduled visits until January 29, 2027.
