Art exhibitions open in Santiago del Teide and Cádiz

The Museo del Pescador in Puerto de Santiago is hosting ‘Entre luz y color’, an exhibition by painter Nati running until October 30. The collection features oil paintings inspired by nature and landscapes, emphasizing the role of light and impressionist techniques. Nati, whose career spans from Portugal to Tenerife, has produced over 800 works currently held in 27 countries.

In Cádiz, the ‘NEXUS’ collective photography exhibition is on display at the Castillo de Santa Catalina until December 9, 2026. The showcase features works by five photographers, including Juan Luis Parrilla and José Luis Otero from the Asociación Fotográfica Isla de León (AFIL). The exhibition is notable for its presentation style, with photographs suspended by transparent threads to allow viewers to observe both the collective composition and individual details.
