Art exhibitions open in Sormano and Goriano Valli, Italy, August 2026

The Casa dei Quadri in Sormano will host a solo exhibition by British artist Rebecca Forster titled “La calza spaiata e l’aragosta golosa. Opere su carta,” opening on 8 August 2026 and running until 23 August. The show features paper‑based works that explore water, maps and memory.

In Goriano Valli, the Casa Grampa will present “Immaginare l’invisibile,” a photographic exhibition by Italian photographer Fabio Massimo Fioravanti, opening on 9 August 2026 and remaining on view until 6 September. The exhibition, part of the Nanakorobi Yaoki project, highlights the Japanese Nō theatre tradition through images taken over 35 years in Japan.
