Art exhibitions open in Teramo and Rome

New art exhibitions have launched in Italy, featuring both contemporary and historical works. In Teramo, the exhibition ‘Radici – Ligabue/Scipione/Zavattini’ has opened at the L’Arca gallery. The show features over one hundred works, including several previously unpublished pieces by Antonio Ligabue, Annunziata Scipione, and Cesare Zavattini. The exhibition is free to the public and will run until January 10, 2027, with additional works displayed at Palazzo Melatino.

In Rome, the artist Mircea Cantor is presenting ‘Costellazioni dell'antico’ at Palazzo Altemps. The exhibition, which runs from July 10, 2026, to September 27, 2026, features fifteen original works designed to engage in a dialogue with the ancient sculptures housed within the Museo Nazionale Romano. The project aims to create a conversation between classical fragments and contemporary artistic gestures.
