Art exhibitions scheduled for Marília and São José dos Campos

Two distinct art exhibitions are scheduled to open in Brazil this September.

In Marília, Marília Shopping will host “Decantando Arte: onde o aroma encontra a forma e o sabor se transforma em arte” from September 5 to 30. Created by artist Wania Lombardi in partnership with the Marília City Hall and Ateliê Aquarela, the exhibition explores the connection between wine culture and visual arts. The collection features works on various media, including canvases, ceramics, terracotta, and crystal glasses used as micro-canvases.

In São José dos Campos, CenterVale Shopping will host an international exhibition of Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel frescoes starting September 25. This exhibition, which has traveled to cities such as New York, London, and Shanghai, features large-scale, high-resolution reproductions of the 34 frescoes painted by the Italian master between 1508 and 1512. Tickets are available via pre-sale and general sale through Bilheteria Digital.
