Art exhibitions scheduled in Perugia and Rome

Several art exhibitions are scheduled to open in Italy. In Perugia, artist Marco Balucani will present his solo exhibition, ‘Oltre lo sguardo’, at the Tangram showroom on September 25, 2026. Balucani, a painting instructor at the Bernardino di Betto Art High School, describes his work as experimental and constantly evolving to avoid a fixed style.

In Rome, the exhibition ‘Un sacco belle’ will open at Il Margutta Veggy Food & Art on October 2, 2026. Curated by Marco Dionisi Carducci and designed by Tina Vannini, the show, titled ‘Brivido Pop’, explores the intersection of cinema, graphic design, and classical art. The project uses digital décollage techniques to blend images of iconic film stars like Marilyn Monroe and Sophia Loren with Renaissance and Baroque art styles.
