Art exhibitions showcase contemporary and historical works in Italy
Several art exhibitions are taking place in Italy, highlighting diverse contemporary and historical perspectives.
At the Galleria Ess&rrE in the Porto Turistico di Roma, the collective exhibition ‘Rotte Convergenti’ will run from October 3 to October 30, 2026. Curated by Alessandra Antonelli and Roberto Sparaci, the show features ten contemporary artists, including Leonardo Cherubini, CoLui, and Anna Maria Tani, exploring the dialogue between different artistic languages and visions.
In Rome, artist Fernando Mangone is presenting over 60 works at Palazzo Englefield, the seat of UPTER. The exhibition offers a painterly journey through the history of the Eternal City, ranging from ancient myths and the Renaissance to the modern era. Mangone’s work reinterprets classical influences from masters such as Michelangelo and Caravaggio through a contemporary lens, reflecting his personal artistic evolution and connection to the capital.
