Art festivals and exhibitions highlight cultural heritage in France

The Partage des Arts festival is taking place in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue from September 11 to 20. The fourth edition features 23 French and international artists exhibiting works across seven historical sites, including the Tour d’Argent and the Blue Penitents chapel. A special focus on accessibility is scheduled for September 12 and 13, with partnerships allowing people with reduced mobility to access heritage sites through the assistance of volunteer firefighters and paramedics.

In Écuras, four Dutch painters are participating in an exhibition through ÉcurArts, continuing a long-standing artistic dialogue between French and Dutch traditions. The exhibition includes works by Ineke van de Pol, who uses ink on Japanese mulberry paper to depict giant oaks and floral cycles, as well as colorful and imaginative illustrations by Ingrid Bévort and paintings by Marion de Best.
