Art-folk duo @ releases new single and announces North American tour

Philadelphia-based art-folk duo @ (pronounced ‘at’) has released a new single titled “Bird,” which serves as the third single from their upcoming debut album, Autosmile. The album is scheduled for release on October 16 via 4AD.

Musically, the track features acoustic guitar, clarinet passages, and choral harmonies. Member Stone Filipczak noted the song was inspired by dead baby birds appearing on his deck and was written during a bike ride through Baltimore’s Druid Hill Park. The single is accompanied by a surrealist music video directed by Caity Arthur.

In addition to the new music, the duo announced a 2027 North American headline tour. The tour is set to begin in their hometown of Philadelphia and will travel through various cities in the United States and Canada.
