Art Lunch production suspended due to food safety violations

The Food Safety Inspection Body has suspended the production activities of Art Lunch, a public catering facility operated by Redi-Stedi LLC located at 6/12 Abelyan Street in Yerevan. An inspection revealed numerous regulatory violations, including improper storage areas for washing and cutting fruits and vegetables, lack of dedicated cleaning and disinfection supplies, and unhygienic facility conditions such as corroded pipes and non-smooth surfaces in the kitchen and storage areas.

Additionally, the inspection identified the production of dangerous food products at the company’s central kitchen located at 40/1 Babajanyan Street. Laboratory tests confirmed that certain frozen semi-finished products failed to meet Customs Union technical regulations due to the presence of mesophilic aerobic facultative anaerobic microbes, intestinal group microbes, and salmonella.
