ART TU Cluj-Napoca secures podium at Formula Student Germany

The ART TU Cluj-Napoca student team from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca (UTCN) achieved a historic milestone at Formula Student Germany. The team secured third place in the Efficiency category at the Hockenheimring circuit, marking the first international podium for the project.

In addition to the Efficiency success, the team demonstrated resilience in the Endurance event, which is considered one of the most demanding challenges of the competition. Out of more than 60 participating teams, only 27 successfully completed the Endurance test, with ART TU Cluj-Napoca being one of them for the second consecutive year. In the overall competition standings, the Cluj-based team ranked 31st out of 81 participating teams.
