ARTCI and Orange Côte d’Ivoire discuss telecom regulation

The Telecommunications/ICT Regulatory Authority of Côte d’Ivoire (ARTCI) held a working session with Orange Côte d’Ivoire to discuss sector regulation, investment, and service accessibility. Led by ARTCI President Roger Félix Adom, the meeting included Orange Côte d’Ivoire Director General Mamadou Bamba and his executive committee.
