Arteba 2026 celebrates 35th anniversary in Buenos Aires

The 35th edition of the Arteba art fair is taking place at La Rural in Buenos Aires, spanning over 11,000 square meters. The anniversary event features 69 galleries and works from more than 400 national and international artists.

Organizers aim to strengthen the local market and facilitate the circulation of Argentine art. The fair includes the Utopía section for independent projects, tributes to art masters, and guided tours. Notable participants include Banco Ciudad, which is exhibiting works from its historical collection dating back to the 1960s, featuring artists such as Luis Felipe Noé and Ernesto Deira.

The event also serves as a platform for international connection, with the foundation reporting that over 12 international museums, including the Tate in London and the Guggenheim in New York, have acquired Argentine works through such programs.
