Arteixo housing development to include social units at 330,000 euros

The As Medoñas urbanization in Arteixo will feature social housing units priced at an estimated 330,000 euros plus VAT. Following a management change and the unlocking of the area, developer Domos Estate is outlining the roadmap for the project.

The development will consist of 72 protected housing units (40% of the total) designed as semi-detached single-family homes, covering 10,000 square meters. The remaining 60% will be allocated to free-market housing, along with six independent single-family plots and 380 square meters of commercial space.

Domos Estate aims to obtain parcelation approval by the end of the year. If timelines are met, urbanization works are expected to begin in mid-2027, with a projected two-year execution period concluding in 2029. The estimated investment for urbanization works is 4 million euros.
