Artelia acquires Kuben Management to expand housing development

Artelia Group has reached an agreement with NRGi to acquire 100 percent of the shares in Kuben Management. The acquisition is intended to strengthen Artelia’s position in the development and management of construction projects, providing greater access to the early phases of building development.

Kuben Management has been involved in the development and construction of more than 160,000 homes, advising social housing companies, institutional investors, and private investors. Through this merger, Artelia gains specialized expertise in housing development, while Kuben Management will be able to utilize Artelia’s technical advisory, environmental assessment, and geotechnical services.

The transaction is currently awaiting approval from competition authorities. The sale price has not been disclosed.
