BitMEX founder Arthur Hayes has accumulated roughly $2 million worth of Ethena’s ENA token over the past five days, buying a total of about 22.64 million ENA. His latest purchase was 10.9 million ENA, valued at around $985,000, transferred from a Binance hot wallet to a personal address ending in 0x6cd.

On‑chain analytics from Lookonchain and Arkham show that Hayes’ buying activity includes regular transfers from market makers such as Wintermute and Flowdesk, indicating a strong confidence in the token’s prospects. While the large‑scale purchases have drawn attention to Ethena and the broader Ethereum ecosystem, analysts caution that whale activity alone does not guarantee price movements, which remain subject to overall market conditions and macroeconomic factors.
