Arthur Matsaudza appointed CEO of ZB Bank

ZB Financial Holdings has announced the appointment of Arthur Matsaudza as the new Chief Executive Officer of ZB Bank, effective 1 October 2026. The move is intended to support the bank’s strategy of accelerating digital transformation and expanding its presence in fintech and innovative financial services.

Matsaudza brings extensive leadership experience in banking, telecommunications, and fintech across various African markets. He previously served as the founding Managing Director of O’mari, Old Mutual’s fintech venture, and held executive roles at Old Mutual Africa Regions. His professional background also includes serving as Chief Technology Officer and Head of Digital Banking at Steward Bank, where he led transitions toward agile digital platforms and AI-driven customer service.

He holds a BSc Honours degree in Computer Science from the National University of Science and Technology and an MBA from the University of Gloucestershire.
