Articore returns to profitability in FY26
Articore, the parent company of Redbubble and TeePublic, has returned to profitability for FY26, reporting an EBIT profit of $10.3 million. This marks a $20.1 million turnaround from the $9.8 million EBIT loss recorded in FY25 and represents the group’s first full-year profit since its listing, excluding the FY21 pandemic period.
While total revenue declined by 6.9 percent to $408.5 million and marketplace revenue fell 6.5 percent to $354.5 million, gross profit rose 1.7 percent to $175.9 million. The company achieved a record gross profit margin of 49.6 percent. Operating expenses decreased for the third consecutive year, falling 6.9 percent to $85.0 million, a reduction attributed to cost discipline and the implementation of AI.
The company’s turnaround strategy includes investments in high-growth areas such as the creator storefront platform Dashery and the acquisition of the Indian print-on-demand marketplace Frankly Wearing. CEO and Managing Director Vivek Kumar stated that the FY26 performance represents a structural shift for the business as it focuses on higher-margin revenue and operational efficiency.
