The dummy heads are positioned to occupy the camera’s view, making the system register a focused face while the driver is distracted, thereby circumventing safety features introduced for the Autopilot system.

At the same time, cybercriminals worldwide are exploiting generative AI tools to create highly convincing deep‑fake voices, videos, phishing emails and even realistic social‑media profiles. These AI‑generated scams target individuals and businesses, using cloned voices to impersonate relatives or executives, fabricated videos to endorse bogus investments, and AI‑crafted romance‑scam avatars to extract money.
