Artissima 2026 announces 33rd edition in Torino

The 33rd edition of Artissima, an international contemporary art fair, is scheduled to take place at Oval Torino from October 30 to November 1, 2026. Under the direction of Luigi Fassi, the event will feature 183 galleries representing 35 countries across four continents.

The theme for the 2026 edition is ‘Fancy: A Flexible, Acrobatic Body,’ inspired by the philosophical work of Martha Nussbaum. The program focuses on the capacity of imagination to navigate contemporary complexities and includes 66 monographic projects.

The fair is organized into several sections, including the Main Section, New Entries for emerging galleries, Monologue/Dialogue, and Art Editions. Additionally, three curated sections—Present Future, Back to the Future, and Disegni—will be featured. The event aims to serve as a hub for international relations, cultural diplomacy, and the contemporary art market.
