Senza Cri reflected on the physical and psychological difficulties experienced during their time on Amici, specifically the practice of binding to hide their chest. They described the process as suffocating, both physically and metaphorically, noting that it limited their ability to perform, dance, and live freely.

Following the surgery, the artist has begun sharing images on social media, including photos showing surgical scars, to express a newfound sense of self-acceptance and authenticity. They emphasized that while their physical appearance has changed, their core identity remains the same.
