Artistic and academic events scheduled in Poland for November 2026

Several cultural and academic events are scheduled to take place across Poland in November 2026. In Toruń, the Toruń Branch of the Association of Art Historians, in collaboration with the Center for Contemporary Art “Znaki Czasu”, will host the “Sztuka Torunia” scientific conference on November 5 and 6. The event will focus on the history of art in Toruń, covering architecture, painting, and sacred heritage, while aiming to prepare a new synthesis of the city's art history.

In Olsztyn, the Open Synergy of Art Days (OSAD) will feature the performative spectacle “(NIE)ŚMIERTELNI” on November 21 at the University of Warmia and Mazury. Created by interdisciplinary artist Kamil Piotr Adamus, the performance uses traditional songs to explore themes of human mortality. The same day will also host the “EMOCJONALNY OSAD” concert, featuring an electric violin and eight voices, including the premiere of Magdalena Białecka’s composition “Osady wspomnień”.

Additionally, the Association of Art Historians will hold its 74th National Session, “Stolice i Stołeczności,” in Warsaw on November 26 and 27, marking the 90th anniversary of the association's first national conference.
