Artistic exhibitions and cultural events held in Olot and Valldemossa

In Olot, painter Enric Colldecarrera is holding an expressionist exhibition at the Espai d’Art until October 3. His current work features maritime themes inspired by previous coastal exhibitions, with a central piece depicting a fish. Colldecarrera, who follows the philosophy “When I paint I do not think, I feel,” intends to expand his artistic practice into sculpture following his upcoming retirement.

In Valldemossa, the Coll Bardolet Foundation organized a cultural event at the former home and studio of painter Josep Coll Bardolet. The event included guided tours of the artist's private rooms and workshop, led by his niece and president of the cultural foundation, Olga Coll. The visit was followed by a wine tasting hosted by the Denominació d’Origen Pla i Llevant on the property's terrace.
