Artistic festivals and international art colonies announced in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Various cultural and artistic events are scheduled to take place in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The 15th edition of the Street Arts Festival Mostar will be held from August 21 to 31, 2026. The festival features international artists from Spain, France, Serbia, Croatia, Canada, Australia, and Austria, utilizing public spaces for interventions ranging from murals and illustration to textiles and multimedia.

Additionally, the 14th international art colony ‘Stara Bosna’ will be organized by Galerija ‘Preporod’ Zenica in Vranduk from August 20 to 23, 2026. Featuring 15 artists from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, and Montenegro, the colony aims to represent the long history of the country in commemoration of the Charter of Ban Kulin. The event includes educational components for local students and an exhibition in Kalesija.
