Artmarket.com shifts to AI-first architecture and announces shareholding increases
Artmarket.com is undergoing a strategic shift to an 'AI-first' architectural model. Following a review by the Board of Directors, the company is moving away from the incremental deployment of AI modules in favor of integrating its proprietary artificial intelligence architectures, specifically 'Intuitive Art Market' and 'Blind Spot', directly into its core infrastructure.
To support this expansion and technological transition, CEO Thierry Ehrmann, his family, and the majority shareholder Groupe Serveur intend to increase their shareholdings in Artmarket.com through the acquisition of additional shares. All required disclosures regarding these transactions will be made to the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) within legal deadlines.
